We’re at it again with fermentation! Kombucha is still on the menu but this time we’ll also be looking at sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is fermented cabbage which tastes delicious in top of all manner of dishes including hot dogs and sandwiches or just have some plain! This event is open to any one, from pro to beginner, and as always, feel free to bring stories from your own fermentation journey, and we’ll always be excited to try your homemade samples!
