Come for a bubbling and fizzy evening of summer soda, learning and fun. All are welcome, from the pro to the beginner. We will be looking at Kombucha, water Kefir, syrups and spring teas. That means scobies, grains, things green, pineapple skin, and more. Bring stories from your fermentation journey, and if you feel so inclined, extra scobies and Kefir grains or even your own homemade samples!
